Principal's Note: Feb. 2025

As I sit here typing out our next newsletter principal’s message it is hard to believe this will be my final time doing so from the long serving John Davidson site. This building brings me so many wonderful memories. Christmas and Easter programs are without a doubt at the top of the list. It’s so many though of all the smaller memories and moments that remind me of how blessed I am to be able to serve as Principal of this amazing school. I want to thank all of the parents, students, and staff through out my journey here.

The new campus will be different. Different I think will be good, but it comes with some nervous anticipation. That’s normal and okay. Together we will navigate this and ultimately turn our home into an amazing school. How do I know for sure it will be amazing? Easy. Our people. Bring on new adventures. I am excited to share in this journey together.

As you are aware there is no school February 15-25. During this time, in part our teaching staff will be attending their annual teachers convention. this important time allows certificated staff to sharpen their skills and work with other professionals to discuss the best ways to support student learning. If you have any questions for me, about our school, or how your child is doing feel free to call, email, or stop by the school for a visit.
